![]() Dear Lunchboxing, It has been a long time since I have left you. Now I got 3 somethings to say. One. I have neglected LUBO due to a desire, based upon justice, to take as much U.S. currency out of circulation as I can; the currency is then kept by me. Now keeping the money is easy and doesn't take much time... that's not what keeps me away from LUBO... it's the getting the money out of the circulation that takes time. If anyone has any ideas, good ones, on how I can get more of this currency out of the circulation, substantial appreciation would be shared. Two. Please try J.T. Pappy's Gator Grenade Sauce. (Jtpappys.com) A great hot sauce if you like hot sauce. I remember in Little League we would call guys "sauce". Sauces, in general, are indispensable. If anyone has any sauce ideas, again, appreciation would be stimulated on my behalf. Three. Visit an Indian grocery store. I did and there were lots of treats involved, although I did get into a slight altercation with the owner, however. He tried to impulse sell me a box of mangoes by the register. He said, "You will add some milk and make a shake and drink it up. OKAY." I was upset at his ordering me to drink mango shakes. I told him after he gave me the receipt, "NO, I will not make a mango shake, and you are very rude and aggressive." Then I said, "That sales technique might fly like rice in India but this is the hood, sucka." My father who was standing beside me for some reason was embarrassed and apologized to him, blaming my outburst on my youth. In the car, my father attempted to bestow some wisdom upon me by reciting this translation of an Urdu poem: At times I smash the goblet At times I grovel for wine, Oh Saqi (Wine pourer) blame me not, It is my youth. I was like "Whatever Dad," and recited back at him: If punishment there needs must be For sins I did commit. Some compensation, O my lord For sinful longings unfulfilled. (i.e. shaking the shit out of that pushy cashier) We understood each other and drove home. Yours truly, strict obeyer of rules |
